Courtney Lo, PA, is a pioneering force in the field of aesthetics and regenerative medicine. As the Founder and CEO of Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center (CSLC), she has spent over two decades elevating care standards, combining medical precision with an artistic eye to help patients age confidently and naturally.

Since founding CSLC in 2001 with Dr. Gustav Lo, she has led its transformation into one of the most trusted aesthetic and wellness clinics in the Midwest and beyond. Under Courtney’s visionary leadership, CSLC has been at the forefront of innovation—introducing BodyTite, PRF therapy, and regenerative aesthetics to Michigan.

In 2020, she co-founded RegenCen, a sister brand focused on hormone therapy, menopause care, weight loss, and advanced regenerative treatments. Her mission: to support women and men with modern, proactive solutions that restore vitality and improve quality of life at every stage.

As a provider, Courtney is known for her warmth, candor, and deep commitment to personalized care. As a leader, she’s built a team of experts who share her values—listening first, educating thoroughly, and delivering results that look and feel natural.

Her clinics in Michigan and Florida continue to set the bar nationally, including being the first Platinum-Level Botox and Juvederm provider in northern Michigan since 2004. Outside of medicine, Courtney is a passionate cook, scuba diver, and proud mother of a modern, blended family. Her greatest joy? Helping others feel strong, beautiful, and empowered to thrive—at any age.
